This is mixed media custom artwork, created for a client as a visual depiction of a poem he wrote, titled ‘Kaleidoscope’. For this piece, I had creative freedom in interpreting the poem through my own subjective lens and emotional reading, and expressing that in visual form.

The Golden Queen
Rose to meet the darkness
I
Lost, afraid
Stood humbled besides this angel serene
In blackness fell the nightly host
and shattered
crystal on her riposte
In the kaleidoscope
I found colours to dreams
Hope unseen
